Ingredients
Method
Preheat Oven
- Set to 350°F (175°C)
Prepare Pasta
- Cook the medium shells al dente (firm to the bite), as they will continue cooking in the oven.
- Rinse and drain the pasta, put in a bowl and mix with a little bit of EVOO to prevent clumping.
Make the Tuna Mixture
- Mix the Cream of Mushroom Soup, Diced Onion, Shredded Cheese, and salt & Pepper
Assemble Casserole
- Mix tuna mixture into pasta
- Transfer the mixture to a lightly greased casserole dish and spread evenly.
Initial Bake
- Cover with foil and bake for 20-25 minutes. This allows the casserole to heat through without drying out.
Add Croissant Crumbles
- After 20-25 minutes, remove the foil, sprinkle the croissant crumbles over the top, and return to the oven.
Final Bake
- Bake uncovered for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the crumbles are golden brown and crisp.
Notes
Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving to let the casserole set. Enjoy!
