California Sage Chedder

March 4, 2009 · Major Grubbage · Leave a Comment

California Sage Cheddar from Bravo Farms gets an A+

Bravo Farms Western Sage Chedder

This is a mild chedder with a distinct taste of fresh sage. Excellent for snack trays or with a sweet white wine.

Bravo Farms also produces:
  • Silver mountain Aged Cloth bound Chedder
  • Creamy pepperjack
  • Jalepno Chedder
  • Original Chipotle Chedder (major Grubbing’s personal favorite from Bravo Farms)
  • Western Sage Chedder (May be the same as California Sage Chedder since Major Grubbing tried a sampler pack from Costco)
  • Premium White chedder
  • Swiss Raclette
  • Dutch Style Gouda
  • Talre Cannonball

Why Some of Our Recipe Images Are AI-Generated

We believe that a recipe's value is in its flavor, not just its looks. Sometimes, the Major forgets to snap a picture because the food is too good to wait, or a recipe is simply too old to have a photo. Our AI images are personally verified by the Major to accurately represent the dish. We're committed to replacing them with authentic photos as the site grows, but until then, we hope you'll dig in with the same enthusiasm that makes us forget the camera.
