Ingredients:
- 2 cups nonfat dry milk (powdered milk)
- 12 tablespoons (3/4 cup) cornstarch
- 4 Knorr Extra Large Bouillon Cubes (12g each), crushed into powder
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper (adjust to taste)
Instructions:
- Crush the bouillon cubes thoroughly using a mortar and pestle, rolling pin, or food processor until they become a fine powder.
- In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Mix well and store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
To Use:
- Mix 1/3 cup of dry mix with 1 1/4 cups water.
- Heat and stir until thickened (about 3–5 minutes).
