Ingredients:
- ½ cup Miracle Whip
- 1 tbsp finely chopped dill pickles (or 2 tsp dill relish)
- 2 tsp capers, drained and chopped
- 2 tsp lemon juice (go easy, Miracle Whip is already tangy)
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1½ to 2 tsp prepared horseradish (adjust to taste)
- 1 tbsp minced red onion or shallot
- ½ tbsp fresh parsley or dill, finely chopped (optional)
- Dash of hot sauce or a small pinch of cayenne (optional but recommended)
- Black pepper to taste
- Tiny pinch of salt, only if needed
Instructions:
- Stir together the Miracle Whip, pickles, capers, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard.
- Mix in horseradish and red onion.
- Add herbs, hot sauce/cayenne, and pepper.
- Taste and adjust—Miracle Whip is tangy and sweet, so you likely won’t need much extra salt or lemon juice.
- Chill for 10–15 minutes before serving for best flavor.
